Dr. Jack Diep
Pain Management
Dr. Diep completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Anesthesiology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He was awarded the Chairman's Award for Academic Achievement in Anesthesiology upon graduation. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. His fellowship training allowed him to experience a breadth of advanced interventional therapies, minimally invasive surgeries, and clinical trials for chronic pain management.
He offers patients a variety of treatments, including some of the most advanced and progressive interventional therapies in the region. He performs procedures under ultrasound and/or fluoroscopic (X-ray) guidance. He specializes in neuromodulation therapies for post-laminectomy/failed back surgery syndrome and complex regional pain syndrome, including spinal cord stimulation and dorsal root ganglion stimulation. He is passionate about advanced minimally invasive therapies for lumbar spinal stenosis, sacroiliac joint instability, vertebral compression fractures and cancer pain.

NOORI
Dr. Selaiman Noori
Pain Management
Selaiman Noori, MD is an interventional pain specialist and anesthesiologist. He is double board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis followed by a Master of Arts from Loyola University Chicago. He then went on to study medicine at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York where he earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
Following medical school, Dr. Noori completed a residency in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the prestigious New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. During residency, he also trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Hospital for Special Surgery, the top cancer and orthopedic hospitals in the country, respectively. Then following residency he completed an ACGME accredited Pain Medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, the top pain program in the country.

Rhonda Clark
Nurse Practioner
Rhonda Clark brings with her more than 30 years of experience from a diverse medical background. She completed her undergraduate nursing education at the highly ranked University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with high honors. She completed graduate studies at East Tennessee State University where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing with high honors.

Rhonda is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been named to Sigma Theta Tau, Sigma Alpha Lambda, and Golden Key national honor societies. Her professional career has encompassed an abundance of practice settings, including orthopedic trauma, primary care, occupational health, nephrology, and women’s health. It is her philosophy as a provider to empower her clients to become masters of their own wellness.
Rhonda is an animal lover and has been active in canine and equine Pet Assisted Therapy. She enjoys exercise, yoga, cycling, photography, desert rides in her SXS, decorating, and expressing her individuality via fashion and wearing too much jewelry.
